Find the information you need.
Survey and quoteWhat should I share to get a quote?+
The building's location and type of use, whether it is new construction or renovation, the service needed and any project drawings make the first meeting easier.
Survey and quoteCan an exact price be given from photos only?+
Photos help with the initial assessment. It is not sound to set an exact price before the line route, dimensions, current condition and material scope are clear.
Survey and quoteHow are materials selected?+
Project requirements, intended use, working conditions and manufacturer recommendations are assessed together. It is important that the quote clearly states the material and labor scope.
Survey and quoteWhat is the difference between a new building and a renovation?+
In a new building, line layouts can be planned together with other disciplines. In a renovation, additional conditions such as existing lines, access and continued use of the building are taken into account.
Survey and quoteWhat should I check at handover?+
Completion of the contracted scope, the required checks, and delivery of equipment information and any documents included in the scope should be reviewed together.
PlumbingWhat types of buildings do you work on?+
Residential, apartment, workplace and commercial projects; we define the scope with an on-site survey.
PlumbingHow are pipes selected?+
Intended use, existing infrastructure and project requirements are assessed together. The material selection is written into the quote.
PlumbingCan an existing installation be renewed?+
Yes. Accessibility, line route and the building's usage are assessed during the survey.
DrainageCan a low-noise pipe system be used?+
Suitable system options are assessed according to the building's acoustic expectations and project details.
DrainageDoes the drainage line change during renovation?+
The existing route, levels and connection possibilities are examined together with the architectural layout.
DrainageWhat is needed for a quote?+
The building's location, intended use, current condition and any project drawings help with the initial assessment.
HeatingShould a central or individual system be preferred?+
The building's size, usage, existing infrastructure and project conditions should be assessed together.
HeatingCan underfloor heating be installed in an existing building?+
Conditions such as floor height and renovation scope are assessed during the survey; the same solution may not suit every building.
HeatingHow is the maintenance interval determined?+
It is based on the manufacturer's instructions for the system and appliances, intensity of use and maintenance history.
Natural gasIs a site survey required before the quote?+
The scope is defined after seeing the line route, appliance locations and existing infrastructure.
Natural gasAre design and approval procedures included in the quote?+
The design, authorized contractor and gas distribution company procedures required for the work are clarified separately at the quote stage.
Natural gasCan the location of an existing line be changed?+
This depends on an on-site assessment and the relevant project conditions. The necessary process is determined before installation.
Fire protectionHow can I get a quote for fire protection?+
You can share the building's location, type and fire protection design if available. After the first meeting, we clarify the need for a site survey and the quote scope together.
Fire protectionWhat determines the price?+
The building's size, project scope, line lengths, equipment, existing installation and working conditions affect the price. We do not give an exact price without a site survey.
Fire protectionDo you work on existing buildings?+
Renewal or extension of an existing installation is assessed on site. The building's use and working hours are included in the installation plan.
Fire protectionWhere should I start if I don't have a project design?+
In the first meeting, you can describe how the building is used and what you need. The required design and specialist processes are identified and the scope is defined.
Fire protectionWhat checks are carried out at the end of the installation?+
Pipework is hydrostatically pressure-tested according to the design pressure; the pump set, alarm valve station, test and drain points are operated and checked. Test reports and as-built drawings are provided at handover; this scope is stated in writing in the quote.
Turnkey projectsWhat work can be included in the scope?+
Mechanical infrastructure and renovation needs are assessed on site; the work is listed item by item in the quote.
Turnkey projectsCan work be carried out while the business is open?+
Work areas and the business's operating hours are assessed and the most feasible installation plan is prepared.
Turnkey projectsHow is the delivery time determined?+
The work schedule is prepared once the scope, site conditions and material requirements are clear.
